Exercise and good health are deeply personal to me – I´ve lived through the absence of both and witnessed firsthand the toll it takes on physical vitality and mental resilience. As a Norwegian Champion in Taekwondo and a Black Belt, I learned early that victory is not just earned in the gym – it´s won through the mental warefare of visualizing every kick, block and counterstrike 100 times before stepping into the mat. Also by changing the daily habits in order to show up as the person i had to become, in order to reach my goals. This profound understanding fuels my dedication to empowering my clients in achieving peak well-being by optimizing physical vitality, mental resilience and the strategic habits that connects these parts and make you achieve your goals.

With 6 years of college in personal training, sport science, nutrition and physiology, paired with a decade of hands-on experiences as a personal trainer and PT manager, I´ve dedicated my career to empowering clients worldwide. My approach merges evidence-based science with real-world practicality, helping individuals achieve lasting physical strength and mental resilience.

After the call, I will make a customized plan to make it easy for you to reach your goals and get in your best shape both physically and mentally.

You will get a weekly check in call with me, where I look through everything in your workout, nutrition and biometric data to help you evaluate your week. Depending on your progress I will make adjustments and give you feedback to help you stay on track. I'm also just a message away, as you can chat with me in your app 24/7.

In this way we can make your goals measurable and celebrate your victory together as a team.

Online coaching with me begins with an initial start up call to gather essential information about your health goals and needs. After the consultation you will gain access to a comprehensive, personaized plan through a dedicated smartphone app. Which includes customized fitness and nutrition plan with tailored workout rutines, personalized meal plans and biometric tracking through Whoop bracelet or Oura ring. This data-driven approach enables dynamic adjustments to your program, ensuring continious optimization of all health aspects. 

Yes i customize every nutritionplan for each client to make sure you eat food that you like and your body can tolerate.  Food should be a positive part of your everyday life, so i will help you incorporate all types of food and help you learn how you can both enjoy and make room for whatever food you like and still reach your goals.

Yes, in my career I have had 50/50 men and women as clients and I love coaching both. I specialize in human health and want to empower every human I can to reach their best self.
